RTS PROCESS TO SUCCESS
STEP 1
Schedule a consultation with an NSCA-certified coach, who will learn about your current fitness levels and what you hope to achieve.
STEP 2
You and your coach will establish goals and build a timeline to reach them.
STEP 3
You’ll follow a schedule with everything you need to know, while being guided by your coach every step of the way.
STEP 4
Based on your continuing results, you and your coach will assess and adjust any goals or timelines to keep you on track.
STEP 5
You’ll have reached your goals, knowing how to stay in shape, be healthy, and hold yourself accountable.

MIKE RANFONE
Mike has been an athletic high-performance coach and consultant for 15+ years, using a science-based approach to help athletes improve and feel empowered.
He began his professional career at Yale University, where he served as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for over 500 Division 1 athletes.
Since then, Mike has dedicated himself to improving the health, wellness, and performance of individuals, businesses, organizations, collegiate and professional athletic teams, and more.

FAQS
Does RTS offer group training, HIIT classes, or something similar?
RTS does not offer group training or specialty classes. Our model is more customized to the individual needs of each member, delivering tailored training, nutrition, and accountability programs that are closely managed by our certified coaches on staff.
What is the cost of a monthly membership?
We offer several customizable options, so you and your coach can select the one that is right for you.
Do you provide nutrition guidance and support?
Yes. Many of our membership packages include customized nutrition plans alongside training and accountability.
Do you have showers at your facility?
Yes, we have fully equipped men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers and storage areas. However, we recommend that members supply their own toiletries, hair dryers, towels, etc.
Do you offer training programs for youth athletes?
Yes. Athletic training and performance are core to RTS’s history and roots. Please see our Sports Performance section for a more robust overview.
