Semi-Private Group Training

Athletic Foundation (ages 10-13, starting at $19/session)

The Athletic Foundation 1 phase lays the building blocks for success as an athlete. Each session focuses on the many qualities of athletic performance: speed, power, mobility, strength, conditioning, and body awareness. The coach-to-athlete ratio never exceeds 1-to-6, ensuring a high quality learning environment. This phase is intended for the athlete with little or no training experience.

Semi-Private Training

RTS semi-private training offers a unique training experience that’s not available anywhere else in Southern Connecticut. It’s where group training meets personal training.

Think of training in a team environment with two big upgrades — you follow a customized training program and choose when you train. Semi-private training combines the atmosphere of team-based strength and conditioning with private training’s customization. You set your own schedule and perform your program in a facility of like-minded athletes, instructed by a team of coaches dedicated to making you better. We make sure you get the attention you need—our coach to client ratio never exceeds 1:5.

We design programs for athletes at every level—youth, high school, collegiate and professional.

Athletic Development (ages 13-16, starting at $24/session)

The Athletic Development phase focuses on increasing the athletic skill set, while at the same time addressing individual performance needs. Each athlete will undergo our Full Evaluation, off of which certain recommendations and program enhancements will be made. Training frequency is slightly reduced as intensity is increased. The phase is intended for athletes with good movement competency and conditioning, as well as basic training experience.

> Up to 3 training sessions per week


 

Return-to-Play  (starting at $31/session)

Return-to-play is for the athlete coming off of injury and/or surgery that needs targeted training and special attention. Each athlete will undergo a Full Evaluation off of which a Fully-customized program will be made. The focus of this program will be to get the athlete above and beyond their previous level of performance, while at the same time restoring confidence in their abilities.

> Up to 4 training sessions per week


Total Athletic Performance  (starting at $31/session)

The Total Athletic Performance phase is just that…taking the athlete to the next level of training and performance. Each athlete will undergo a Full Evaluation with Performance Testing, off of which a Fully-customized program will be made. The athlete at this level has acquired advanced training skills, as well as taken full ownership of their own athletic development. This phase is intended for athletes serious about competing at their very best, against the toughest of competition.

> Up to 4 training sessions per week


Private Training

Returning from an injury or need extra one-on-one attention to secure your exercise technique?—private training is your best option. Sessions last 60 to 75 minutes — that’s an hour of undivided attention from an industry leading coach focused on getting you the results you want.
